Order Processing: Time and Notification

  • Normal order processing can take between 1-2 days (Monday – Sunday).
  • As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. 
  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with Tracking information based on the shipping option selected.

    We will keep you posted and informed along the way, If you provided your Mobile number while placing an order, a Text notification will be sent as well along with Emails:

    We provide Local Delivery within 50 km from our location for minimum order 50$.

    Orders are typically delivered within 5-6 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

    Local pickup

    You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at listed location for pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

    Our pickup hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm EST on Seven Days of the week. Please call us before coming and have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

     

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jalaramdesigntoronto@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Shipping to P.O. boxes

    Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jalaramdesigntoronto@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
